Please read through the following steps to make the ordering process more efficient :

Step 1

Please e-mail to shandoredward@yahoo.com the description and code of which you would like to purchase.

Note: If you cannot e-mail please go to Step 2

Step 2

Please prepare your credit card information and confirm your order by calling me (719) 231 - 0541 Shandor Madjar.

Note : Please DO NOT send your credit card via-email. It is unsafe and dangerous.

Step 3

Shipping : There are two options for shipping :
A. UPS : Cost $ 6 ground service insured up to $100
B. US Post : Cost $ 5 priority mail service insured up to $ 50

Note : Based on my experiences UPS shipping is safer. But sometime it is hard to find a UPS shipping office. So I'm forced to send shipments via US Post. If a shipment is lost the customer will receive a refund after Madjar Designs has collected the insurance on the lost shipment.

Step 4

Please be patient. Madjar Designs will e-mail or call the recipient with a tracking number. The shipment usually take 5 working day from the date that it was shipped.

Step 5

So please allow two to three weeks to receive your order (possibly sooner).Enjoy!
